1. Processing Time
Orders ship within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once shipped.
2. Shipping Destinations
We ship to the 48 contiguous United States only. No international shipping.
3. Shipping Costs & Delivery

Furniture (freight delivery): Calculated at checkout. Estimated 5–14 business days.

Accessories (parcel): Calculated at checkout. Estimated 3–7 business days.
4. Freight Delivery – Important
Furniture arrives via curbside delivery (driver leaves at your curb/driveway). An adult must be present to sign.
White Glove delivery (inside, unpacking) is available upon request – contact us for a quote.
5. Inspect Before Signing
Inspect furniture immediately upon delivery. If damaged, note it on the delivery receipt, take photos, and contact us within 48 hours. Refusing damaged items is your right.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Contact us within 7 days of "Delivered" status if you haven't received your order.
7. Address Errors
You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Incorrect addresses may result in re-shipping fees.
